She can SEE again!!!

We picked up Megan's new glasses this morning. She had quite a change in her prescription this year again. The dr said it's normal for kids eyes to change that much so not to worry. It just looks like she's taking after her mom :) She picked out some pretty cute glasses again! I think these are my favorite frames yet!

"spicey" hair

Today Cody and Daddy got some much needed hair cuts. The lady that does their hair gave Cody some cool "spicey" (what cody calls spikey hair) with some cool red hair gel! He thinks he looks pretty cool today ;)

Lots & Lots of POPCORN!

Today the kids and I visited one of our favorite places here in Tulsa...The Corn Popper. They make 32 different flavors of popcorn!! Flavors like cheesy bacon, nacho cheese, jalapeno, sour cream & onion, pizza, peanut butter, butterscotch, chocolate drizzle caramel...and many many more! Today was a little more special because the lady had just made a big batch of custom ordered popcorn and didn't know until she was done that the other lady working had already made it. So she asked us if we would like to take it home...FREE!! :) Ummm.....Yeah Lady!!! She brings out this extra large bag of popcorn for us! And believe it or not...that's not their biggest size!!!

Oliva Carlson Photography has been given a makeover!! My friend, and fellow photog, Chelsea, helped me design a new logo. I gave her my ideas on what I was wanting and she put it together for me. SALSA!!!!

Our garden has taken off and we have harvested 100's of tomatoes and jalapenos!!! I have been canning homemade salsa for 2 weeks! 18 jars so far and boy is it yummy!!!

Summer Vacation 2010

This year for summer vacation we went to San Antonio, TX for a week. We left on memorial day and stopped in Dallas for a night. While we were there we visited the JFK Memorial and 6th Floor Museum. The next day we traveled the rest of the way to San Antonio. We had so much fun in San Antonio. We visited Sea World 2 days, saw the Alamo, walked the Riverwalk and did a lot of swimming! We also discovered Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant while there :) Although we have a few close to home we had never been. It quickly became one of our favorite places! I absolutely LOVE buffalo wings so right away I knew this would be my favorite! 14 different sauces to choose from and to top it off....45 cent wings on Tuesdays!!!! Haha :) Anyway, we had a great time. I've shared several pics from our trip. Feeding the dolphins, Shamu, the sea lion show, swimming, Alamo, etc. We are hoping to go back again maybe in the fall or spring break since we have season passes!
